HR & Cultural Strategies for Recruiting and Retaining World Class IT Talent

Last year, a TECNA survey found that 54% of executives in the Nashville/Chattanooga area cited talent shortage/labor prices/employee churn as a factor that could slow business activity and 90% of executives said there is a moderate or severe shortage of tech talent. The HR landscape for the technology field has changed significantly in the past few years. The demand for technology professionals has steadily increased while unemployment for technology professionals is running at half of the overall unemployment rate. Today’s technology professional’s want to work for a company that value’s them and is involved in the community. In this presentation, CTS will discuss ways to recruit and retain top IT talent.
