CHATECH is Chattanooga’s Technology Council. Our mission is to connect the Chattanooga technology community to help drive economic growth across the region. We connect our members through professional education programs, social events, outreach initiatives, peer group forums, and networking opportunities.
Our membership is comprised of twelve major industry sectors from Chattanooga’s most influential companies including small, mid-sized, and large enterprise companies. That means our events reflect a mix voices and experiences ranging from Chattanooga’s growing entrepreneurial/start-up community to local institutions.
Our CONNECT programs address a different topic each month. The schedule is designed to appeal to a variety of professionals and interest.
Our Executive Forum brings together CIOs to share issues of concern to IT leaders.
The ChaTech Scholars program provides scholarships to college students in technology majors; it’s one way the we invest in the local tech talent pipeline.
Our Early Innovators Award is presented each November to an early stage technology company. More detailed information on all ChaTech’s initiatives is available under the Programs menu on our website.
As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, CHATECH is supported through membership fees, sponsorships, and special fundraising events.
